Creating and deleting projects

Meetings are created inside a project. Every new workspace comes with a [General] project.

  • Create: Click [+] next to [Projects] in the sidebar. Names can be up to 100 characters. Any member can create a project.
  • Rename: Hover over a project, click the [⋯] that appears, and choose [Rename]. Any member can rename a project.
  • See a project's notes: Click a project name to narrow the note list to that project. Click [All notes] to see everything again.
  • Delete: Choose [Delete] from [⋯]. Only admins can do this.

Reading the note list

Meetings are grouped by the date they started, newest first. Each row shows:

  • Status: Not started, Recording, Paused, or Ended.
  • Recording time and number of participants: In the middle of the row.
  • Participant profile photos: On the right, up to 4 people.
The sidebar and the note list. Hover over a row to see [⋯] at the right end.

Click a note row to open it in side view (a panel that shows the note beside the list). From [⋯] at the end of the row, you can open it in [Full screen]. Admins also see [Delete].

To load older meetings, click [Show older notes] at the bottom of the list.

Reading a note

A note has [Details], [Transcript], [Timeline], and [Summary] tabs. In side view, [Timeline] is hidden until the meeting starts, and [Summary] appears only after the meeting ends.

Use the full screen icon at the top to switch between side view and full screen. Click [Back to list] to return to the note list. The view is saved in the address (?view=), so a shared link opens in the same view.

In the [Details] tab, you can edit the title. Titles can be up to 200 characters. Click [Save changes] when you're done. [Meeting info] at the bottom shows the host, total recording time, who can see the note (workspace members), when it was created, and when it was last edited.

Opening settings

  • Workspace settings: Open [Workspace settings] from the workspace name menu at the top of the sidebar.
  • Account settings: Open [Account settings] from the name menu at the bottom.

The left side of the window has two groups.

GroupWhat's in it
[Workspace][General], [Members], [Guest participants], [Glossary], [Integrations], [MCP connections]
[Account][My account], [Notifications], [My MCP connections]

In [General], you edit the workspace name and description. Only admins can do this.

The settings tab you have open is saved in the address (?settings=). Press Back to close the settings window, and share the address to open the same settings tab.

Frequently asked questions

Can members create projects too?

Yes, any member can create and rename projects. Only deleting is left to admins.

I want to delete a project that has notes.

You can't delete a project that has even one note. Delete its notes first, then delete the project. Deleting notes is also for admins.

What's the difference between side view and full screen?

Side view is the panel that opens on the right when you click a note row. You open full screen from [Full screen] in [⋯] or with the icon at the top. In side view, the [Summary] tab appears only after the meeting ends.
