Getting started
When recording goes wrong
- Recording doesn't workDesktop app onlyWhat to check, permissions first and then your connection, when the desktop app won't start recording or doesn't capture the other person's voice.
- Terms come out wrongWhen product names, internal terms, or English acronyms are transcribed wrong, add them to the glossary and meeting context to improve accuracy.
- Record video callsIn the browser, only your own microphone is recorded. Here's how to use the desktop app so the other people on a video call are transcribed too.
Summaries and tasks
- No summary showingWhere to check, and how to request analysis again, when the Summary tab is empty or analysis failed after you ended a meeting.
- Confirm a summaryCheck the decisions and tasks the AI pulled from your meeting, fix what's wrong, and add them to the project with Finish review.
- Fix speaker namesCorrect speakers who have no name or the wrong name after speaker separation. You can fix a speaker everywhere or on a single line.
- Assign tasksSet an assignee and a due date for each task from a meeting, then view tasks by status, by project, or as your own list.
Finding and connecting
- Find past decisionsFind decisions from past meetings and the reasons behind them using My agent, the timeline, and transcript search.
- Use from an AI appConnect an AI app like Claude or ChatGPT so it can read your meetings and projects. Connected apps can only read, and you can disconnect at any time.
- Your dataA summary of where meeting audio, transcripts, and summaries are processed, when they're deleted, and what you can turn off or delete yourself.
