HeyMoa

I want to use HeyMoa from an AI app (MCP)

Connect an AI app like Claude or ChatGPT so it can read your meetings and projects. Connected apps can only read, and you can disconnect at any time.

What's happening

You want to pull HeyMoa meeting notes and project decisions into the AI app you already use and ask questions about them. MCP is a way of connecting that lets an AI app read data from another service.

Where to look first

Go to [Account settings] → [My MCP connections]. If an admin has turned off [Allow MCP connection] for the workspace, you can't connect.

Try these steps

  1. Open [Account settings] from your name at the bottom of the sidebar Click your name to open the menu.
  2. Click [My MCP connections] on the left Your list of connections appears.
  3. Click [New connection] A screen for choosing the app to connect opens.
  4. Choose the app you use The options are [Claude app], [Claude Code], [Codex], and [ChatGPT].
  5. Paste the address shown into the app Follow the steps on the screen.
  6. Choose a workspace in the browser the app opens Decide which workspace to give it access to.
  7. Click [Allow] The app can now read it.
  8. Check that [Connected] appears in your [My MCP connections] list If it does, the connection is done.
  9. Ask the app about your meetings or projects It can only read.
  10. When you no longer need it, click [Revoke] Revoke connections you don't use.
