What's happening

You covered the same topic over several meetings and want to see at a glance how far it has come.

The Connection map draws how a project's meetings were linked through their agenda items on one screen. Meetings run across (in time order), and topics run down.

Where to look first

Use the [Notes] [Connection map] tabs that appear when you click a project. You can also use the [Connection map] chip at the top of a meeting summary, or [⋯] → [Connection map] on the project row in the sidebar.

The [Notes] and [Connection map] tabs appear when you click a project.

How to read it

Meetings run across and topics run down. A key sits below the map.
  • Dot: one agenda item.
  • Capsule with a number: several agenda items on the same topic were covered in one meeting.
  • Thin line: the topic was not covered in the meetings in between.
  • Curve that splits: another line of agenda items continued from one item.
  • [+number]: how many collapsed agenda items are not drawn on the screen. Click it to expand them.

Agenda titles are hidden at first. Click around as below.

FAQ

Some meetings are missing

Yes. Only meetings with organized agenda items are drawn. If no items are linked yet, the map is empty and shows a short note.

A link looks wrong

The links are found by AI, so they can be wrong. The map is read-only. Edit and confirm in the meeting notes.
